I-485 Cases at the Nebraska and Texas Service Centers Are Being Transferred to National Benefits Center. April 6, 2022. The USCIS has directed the Nebraska Service Center (NSC) and Texas Service Center (TSC) to cease new adjudications of all employment-based Forms I-485 (except for 4 th preference petitions) and transfer those cases to the National Benefits Center (NBC), located in Summit, MO.The only connection I see is that I-485 is being sent to the same USCIS service center which has my I-140 under processing. I don't know on what basis my attorney sent my I-485/I-765/I-131 to National Benefit Center in Missouri.
